Mole is an all day breakfast, brunch and lunch spot located on Pandora Street. Just one block over from Johnson Street, it is super-close to the downtown core and as well it is situated right next to Fan Tan Alley that leads to the main street in Chinatown. The location isn't the only great thing about this busy restaurant.

The breakfast menu has all the standards made with quality ingredients like free run eggs and local meats and produce. There is also creative options like Mo's Biscuit and Red Pepper Polenta with Eggs. The build your own breakfast section means you can choose from dozens of options like house-made mushroom sausage, gruyere potato gratin, banana bread, tofu scramble or gluten-free toast to create your perfect breakfast.

Lunch had lots of tasty and healthy options and almost anything on the menu can be made gluten-free.  Ranging from an organic beef burger to macaroni and cheese to a raw vegan creamy salad, this menu has options for all sorts.  The drinks menu is a perfect combination of fun brunch cocktail options.

Mo:Le's philosophy is to have a variety of food for all eating philosophies including vegan and raw options. They use local produce when seasonally available. Being one of the more popular breakfast places in Victoria, on weekends expect that there might be a wait. A wait that is worth it.
