Organic, Wood Fire Bakery and Restaurant

Fol Epi is a popular bakery located in Vic West. It is situated alongside the Galloping Goose Trail and is very popular with the many passing cyclists and pedestrians.

The bakery produces hand-made organic bread and pastries. They also serve a selection of sandwiches made on their bread each day for lunch and on the weekdays you can get wood fired pizza from 12 pm - 2 pm. Most of the bread and sandwiches are sold out by mid-afternoon due to the high demand. During the warmer months, you can purchase their own organic ice cream.

Fol Epi at Dockside Green is just a 15 minute walk over the Johnson Street bridge from downtown Victoria. There is a large patio that is shared with Caffe Fantastico, the local coffee shop located next door. The patio looks out onto the Galloping Goose and views of the Gorge Waterway and downtown and can be enjoyed almost any sunny day all year round.

Recently a second location has opened up at 732 Yates street along with their first restaurant location, Agrius. The second location offers all the same breads, sandwiches, and pastries found at the original location. The new restaurant is open for lunch and dinner and brunch on weekends.
